Site Facilities Officer

Permanent

37 hours per week (all year round)

Grade 3 (Pt 3 – 5)

Actual annual salary £22,737 - £23,500

We are looking for a full-time Site Facilities Officer to join our Estates team at St Mary’s College. The successful candidate will be a proactive person who adopts a flexible, positive, team approach to ensure our school site is safe, secure and welcoming.

Working under the direction of the Trust Estates Manager, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient on-site service, including ensuring the security of the buildings and the surrounding areas, responding promptly to site related requests from staff, maintaining accurate records on IT systems, heating and lighting of the premises, general maintenance works and cleaning duties where required. The successful candidate will be aware of Health & Safety regulations associated with schools sites.
